Free Wi-Fi Hotels Terms of Use

All users of this service are subject to the following Terms of Use which MATTEON Software Limited (the owners and operators of the Free Wi-Fi Hotels service) reserve the right to amend and publish on this website without prior notice or liability. Those already subscribed to the service will be deemed to accept those alterations. Free Wi-Fi Hotels is owned and operated by MATTEON Software Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. MATTEON Software Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as required by the Data Protection Act.

All references to 'we', 'our', 'us', 'the company', Free Wi-Fi Hotels or 'MATTEON Software' (the parent company) are applicable to MATTEON Software Limited. All references to 'client', 'customer', 'website lister', 'website listing subscriber', 'premium subscriber', 'premium lister' or similar names implying the procurer of our services (including complimentary premium listing holders) are applicable to the purchaser. All references to 'free listing', 'hotel' or similar names implying the holder of a free basic listing on the website are applicable to those who own or operate the accommodation advertised on here as a basic, free listing. All references to 'the user', 'the visitor', 'you' or similar names implying the site visitor are applicable to the site visitor.

1) General Terms

a) MATTEON Software is not liable for the site content or any errors or omissions.
b) This service is provided as is, with no guarantees. Neither Free Wi-Fi Hotels or MATTEON Software Limited will accept any liability for loss incurred as a result of using this site. Nor are we responsible for any inaccuracies published.
c) The Free Wi-Fi Hotels site should not be considered as, nor does it purport to be, a complete guide to all establishments offering free wireless Internet.
d) Quality and existence of the service is not guaranteed and if its provision is imperative to the user we recommend that verification of its availability and suitability be made with the provider before booking. In no way should it be assumed that establishments contained in either Premium, Website or Basic Listings are recommended by Free Wi-Fi Hotels.
e) We strongly recommend you check your desired establishment provides free wireless Internet before booking.

a) Your listing shall be upgraded within ten working days of your payment clearing. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer.
b) We aim to provide a service uptime minimum of 364 days a year, however we cannot allow for disruption to the service caused by power outages, software or hardware problems or Acts of God in our data centres.
c) Groups of ten establishments, or multiples thereof, may at the discretion of the Company, receive a discount of 10% when that number are booked (or renewed) and paid for on the same date.
d) By subscribing to the service you are agreeing to the storage and dissemination of your establishment's details on this website and within MATTEON Software.
e) Premium and Website listers' accounts will be renewed and subsequently invoiced automatically until they notify us to cancel their Premium Listing.
f) Cancellation of either a Premium or Website Listing should be made three weeks before the expiry of the current listing.
g) We are not responsible for amending errors on your application form, and as such shall upload your details as provided.
h) All Premium Listing images and update requests are to be mailed to services@freewifihotels.net and no other address. These requests must be from the Premium Lister's registered email address and include their security phrase.
i) Should Free Wi-Fi Hotels be notified that an establishment no longer/does not offer the service, after confirming the information with the customer, we reserve the right to terminate the listing and no refund shall be applicable.
j) Amendments to the client supplied details during the term of the contract will be carried out at the discretion of MATTEON Software. Should extensive updates be required MATTEON Software retains the right to negotiate a fee for such a service.
k) By requesting a Premium or Website Listing you are guaranteeing the provision of free wireless Internet in your accommodation for the period of your subscription.
l) As of October 2009, the price of a Premium Listing for a single establishment offering free wireless Internet to their guests is £96.25 per annum. The price of a Website Listing for a single establishment offering free wireless Internet to their guests is £25 per annum.
m) The Premium Lister must own exclusive rights to distribute the images supplied to us. By sending them to us you are acknowledging that you own the intellectual property rights to the images and that we may use them as we see fit.
n) If the provision of free wireless Internet is terminated by your establishment then we must be informed immediately so that we may remove your listing. Your advertising fee shall not be refunded.
o) Photographic services and prices are available on request. Photos taken on commission by MATTEON Software remain the intellectual property of MATTEON Software Limited. All images supplied by the client must be their own or have a licence to re-produce them. Images shall be resized and manipulated at MATTEON Software's discretion.

a) We reserve the right to refuse advertising space on any grounds.
